Anti-Jam Protection by Antenna
A controlled radiated pattern antenna can be an effective way to protect GPS receivers against jamming. A new CRPA, composed of seven elements, works on the E5a, E5b, E6 and L1 bandwidths. This articles reports on radiation pattern measurements of the array in a test facility.
Signal Decoding with Conventional Receiver and Antenna
A method of decoding an unknown pseudorandom noise code uses a conventional GNSS antenna and receiver with modified firmware. The method was verified using the signals from the Galileo In-Orbit Validation satellites.
2013 Antenna Survey
After choosing the most appropriate receiver for your application from the Receiver Survey in the January Issue of GPS World, you may need an antenna, too. We have collected key specifications for 493 antennas from 32 manufacturers.
